Advisory

Gefinor provides customized private equity advisory services helping clients build a tailor-made portfolio of top performing private equity funds. Each client is free to set his own investment criteria, and under a non-discretionary agreement, will have full control of the investment program. Gefinor will recommend and make available information on funds that have passed a comprehensive and meticulous due diligence process and fit the clients’ criteria, and will then provide access to these funds. Program commitments and investments are made through GEF Private Equity Partners SPC, a segregated portfolio company organized in the Cayman Islands.

Funds recommended through the program allow clients to build a diversified vintage portfolio of top quartile funds, both large and small, geographically dispersed from buyouts, venture capital to special situations. Timely and detailed investment reports are issued on a quarterly basis, including fund information on the underlying transactions and program cash flows.
