Gefinor has a long standing tradition of co-investing with, and advising its clients and partners on real estate and private equity investments.

As a principal investor, we co-invest with our clients and partners and provide long term patient capital to transactions initiated by ourselves or brought to us by our extensive network. We seek substantial minority positions in growth opportunities both in real estate and traditional private equity, including venture capital.

As an advisor, we provide investment services to a select group of clients and partners in our area of expertise.
